James Eveling

James qualified in 1999 with a top-tier international law firm in London. He then a few years in Australia working in corporate law before returning to the UK to join a regional firm based in Exeter, where he was a Partner before setting up Eveling Legal & Advisory in 2007. As well as being responsible for the development of the firm, James heads up the firm's corporate/commercial practice, with a particular emphasis on business sales and acquisitions.

With 3 young children to entertain, free time is not really an issue for James and he finds himself out and about in Devon and Cornwall most weekends with his family. He enjoys tennis, swimming and running - all too infrequently.

Keith Griffiths

Keith heads up the firm's commercial property department.

He lives in Taunton and is a keen squash player. He plays in the Somerset league and coaches juniors at his local club. You may see the firm’s livery being touted around various squash clubs in the region, as the firm sponsored the Somerset Junior Closed squash tournament in 2010. At weekends Keith can normally be found behind his bar mixing up exotic cocktails!

Anastasia Ambrosio

Anastasia qualified as a solicitor in 2007 and has been with the firm since 2008 dealing with corporate and commercial matters. She stays in touch with her roots by developing and looking after the firm's Russian client base.

During her free time, when she is not too busy looking after her young offspring, Anastasia likes to try and stay fit through jogging. She is interested in psychology, likes shopping, travelling and is a keen reader.

Neal Bertram

Neal is head of Commercial Litigation/Dispute Resolution Department.

When he is not in the office he lives in East Ogwell, Newton Abbot with his young family! He is a keen golfer and follower of his hometown football club, Newcastle United.

At weekends, as well as spending time with his family, he likes to sample various red wines of the world.
